Our Story
We started AO Alpha Properties as a family business founded by Ayodeji Ayolola and Opemipo Ayolola. We are both based in California, and we bring a high standard of professionalism and responsibility to everything we do. Ayodeji is a California-licensed attorney, and Opemipo is a medical doctor, so we built this company with a strong commitment to trust, accountability, and community care.
We saw a gap in the market for landlords who want stable, guaranteed rent and excellent property care, but do not want the uncertainty or perceived risk that can come with short-term rentals. Our model is simple and landlord-first: you lease to us on a long-term agreement, we manage the rental operation with strict rules and active monitoring, and you get paid every month. Our mission is to protect the home, respect the neighborhood, and give owners real peace of mind.
